Foo Fighters frontman, Dave Grohl, has been working on a documentary about Sound City Studios. The film is a celebration of the studio complex, based in California, and the classic albums recorded there, which include Nirvana’s ‘Nevermind’, Slipknot’s ‘Iowa’, Fleetwood Mac’s ‘Rumours’,  Spirit’s ‘The Twelve Dreams of Dr. Sardonicus’ and Neil Young’s ‘After The Gold Rush’. Recent recordings include ‘Suck It And See’ by the Arctic Monkeys in 2011.

As yet, there are no details on a release date.
